Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening shifts
- Resolve billing, technical, and service-related issues efficiently
- Process transactions and update customer records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with day team to ensure seamless service continuity
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions
- Adhere to company protocols and security guidelines
- Participate in ongoing product and service training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome)
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (30+ WPM)
- Strong verbal communication abilities in English
- Availability to work 4-6 evenings per week (5 PM - 10 PM)
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
