Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system
- Assist with inventory management and product displays during evening shifts

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months customer service or retail experience preferred

- Ability to work evenings (4 PM - 11 PM), weekends, and holidays
