Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, email, and in-person during evening shifts (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system while maintaining data integrity
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency, escalating complex issues appropriately
- Assist with inventory management and store merchandising during off-peak hours
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain clean and organized workspace to enhance customer experience
- Participate in evening training sessions to develop product knowledge and service skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Availability to work evenings (minimum 20 hours/week, 4-5 days)
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
