- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during evening hours (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges with precision and care
- Resolve customer issues efficiently using established protocols
- Update customer records in CRM system with accurate information
- Collaborate with day team to ensure seamless service transitions
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction
- Maintain detailed documentation of all interactions
