Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare espresso drinks, cold brews, and specialty beverages per company standards
- Provide exceptional customer service with warm, personalized interactions
- Manage cash operations and POS transactions accurately
- Maintain spotless cleanliness of station, equipment, and customer areas
- Assist with inventory management and restocking during evening hours
- Collaborate with team to ensure smooth transitions during peak evening rushes
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months barista or food service experience preferred
- Availability for 20-25 hours/week, primarily 4 PM - 11 PM shifts
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Passion for coffee and enthusiasm for learning new techniques
- Valid CA Food Handler Card (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation for late evening hours
