Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee/espresso drinks with precision and artistry
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of workstations and equipment
- Engage customers with genuine warmth and product knowledge
- Assist with evening inventory management and restocking
- Collaborate with team during peak evening rushes (5 PM - 11 PM)
- Adhere strictly to food safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months coffee service or customer experience
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Ability to stand for extended periods in fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of espresso machines and brewing methods preferred
- Must be 18+ with reliable transportation
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
