Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate department or representative.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a high standard of service.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and weekly performance goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required (training provided).
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to listen actively.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
