As an Evening Support Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and a smile.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening hours.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally, ensuring high satisfaction rates.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account information in our CRM systems.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant services to clients.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow continuity.

Qualifications
