Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely manner.
- Assist with store operations, including restocking shelves and maintaining a clean environment.
- Collaborate with the evening management team to meet daily goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we provide full training for the right candidates.
- Must be available to work evenings, including weekends.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
