Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and execution of the 2026 Strategic Technology Roadmap, aligning technical milestones with business objectives.
- Identify emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Edge Computing) and evaluate their potential impact on our market position.
- Oversee the development of innovative product prototypes and pilot programs for future releases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including C-suite executives, product managers, and engineering leads.
- Manage a high-performance R&D budget and allocate resources for high-impact projects.
- Establish thought leadership and thought leadership frameworks for the industry.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic technology management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of defining and executing long-term technology roadmaps for large-scale organizations.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their commercial applications.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on market trends and competitive analysis.
