Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology strategy for the organization, specifically focusing on innovations relevant to the 2026 timeframe.
- Lead a high-performance R&D team in the development of cutting-edge AI models, predictive analytics, and next-gen software architectures.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering) to drive competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to align technical roadmaps with business objectives and market demands.
- Oversee the budget, resource allocation, and strategic partnerships necessary to fuel innovation.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI, data privacy, and responsible technology deployment.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proven track record of leading complex, large-scale technical projects from concept to deployment.
- Strong understanding of system architecture, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and cybersecurity.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
