Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve complex issues using CRM tools and established protocols
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain case logs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, resolution time, first-contact resolution)
- Identify upsell opportunities and promote company services ethically
- Participate in continuous training on product updates and soft skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in B2B/B2C environments
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital environments
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends (part-time roles)
- US work authorization and reliable transportation
