Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve complex issues using problem-solving techniques and product knowledge
- Document interactions in CRM systems while maintaining data accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Meet performance metrics for response time and customer satisfaction scores
- Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth initiatives
- Participate in ongoing training to maintain service excellence standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience or relevant internship
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Strong multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments
- Positive attitude with solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends if required
- Valid Virginia driver's license for occasional off-site meetings
