- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain detailed client interaction records in Salesforce
- Participate in bi-weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Support in-store events during peak retail seasons (flexible scheduling)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or client-facing experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
