Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ daily customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95% satisfaction rate
- Resolve billing, technical, and product issues using CRM tools and knowledge base
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to deliver seamless cross-functional solutions
- Maintain detailed customer records and documentation in Salesforce platform
- Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to quarterly revenue targets
- Participate in weekly training sessions to refine product knowledge and communication skills
- Support new hire onboarding as a peer mentor after 3 months
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience with proven conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Zendesk/Salesforce CRM
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Strong problem-solving approach with data-driven mindset
- Philadelphia residency preferred for local market knowledge
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license if field visits required
