Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Accurately update and maintain customer records in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless service transitions and information flow.
- Process orders, returns, and service requests accurately and timely.
- Identify and report trends in customer feedback to improve service quality.
- Assist in training junior staff members on company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or support roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends as part of the scheduled shift.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
