Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to clients via phone, email, and live chat during evening shifts.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Accurately document all interactions and transactions in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the morning support team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest process improvements.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor under pressure.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or retail.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Must be available to work evenings, specifically 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
