Are you seeking a flexible evening opportunity in the historic city of Boston? Boston Retail Group is currently hiring Part-Time Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team. Our evening shifts run from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, Monday through Friday. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service during the crucial evening hours.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Assist customers with product selection and answer detailed questions.
- Manage inventory and stock organization during the slower evening hours.
- Handle customer complaints with patience and escalate issues when necessary.
- Perform end-of-day closing duties, including cash reconciliation and report submission.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM – 12:00 AM).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with POS software.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
