Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Process orders, returns, and account modifications accurately
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to resolve complex issues
- Maintain detailed records in CRM systems while exceeding performance metrics
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction
- Participate in weekly training sessions to refine product knowledge
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual strongly desired)
- Ability to multitask while maintaining high service standards
- Available for flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Valid Florida driver's license (for occasional field visits)
