Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing issues, product questions, and service complaints efficiently
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data security standards
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to escalate complex issues
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including call quality and resolution targets
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- 6+ months customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced setting
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Availability for flexible evening shifts (12PM-10PM, weekends required)
