Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and courteous manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.

- Update customer accounts with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly performance targets.
- Escalate complex issues to the senior team lead when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required (we provide training).
- Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and patient demeanor.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
