Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening hours.
- Resolve complex issues and provide accurate technical or product information to clients.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify trends and improve service quality.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and empathy in every customer interaction.
- Assist in training new hires and onboarding procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
