Responsibilities
- Resolve complex customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on evening coverage.
- Manage high volumes of tickets while maintaining 100% accuracy and a professional tone.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service protocols and customer satisfaction scores.
- Document all interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and propose actionable solutions to management.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services to provide expert-level guidance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or support.
