Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries through phone, email, and digital channels with 95%+ satisfaction rates
- Process orders, returns, and account modifications using our CRM platform
- Collaborate with sales and support teams to create seamless customer journeys
- Document interactions and identify process improvement opportunities
- Maintain product knowledge across 3+ service categories
- Meet/exceed KPIs for first-contact resolution and response times
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance service excellence
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or retail experience
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce or Zendesk experience a plus)
- Exceptional verbal communication and conflict resolution skills
- Type 40+ WPM with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Memphis residency strongly preferred for local market knowledge
