Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Document interactions in CRM system while maintaining detailed case notes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement service improvements
- Analyze feedback trends to identify process optimization opportunities
- Train new team members on service protocols and tools
- Support seasonal demand spikes through flexible scheduling
- Contribute to quarterly service enhancement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 2+ years customer service experience in B2B environment
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
