Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95% satisfaction rate
- Document interactions in CRM systems and identify process improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues
- Maintain product knowledge through continuous learning modules
- Support sales initiatives by identifying upsell opportunities
- Participate in weekly performance reviews and coaching sessions

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in B2B environment
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Valid Arizona driver's license for occasional client site visits
