Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and in-person consultations
- Onboard new clients using our proprietary platform with hands-on training
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop localized engagement strategies
- Analyze customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities
- Host quarterly community events at our downtown Miami hub
- Maintain detailed client records in CRM system
- Train junior staff on service protocols and brand standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma (Bachelor's preferred for full-time roles)
- 1+ years customer service or sales experience
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Fluent English/Spanish bilingual skills required
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Valid Florida driver's license for client site visits
- Comfortable with flexible scheduling including weekends
