Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve complex customer inquiries across multiple communication channels (phone, email, chat)
- Develop and implement personalized engagement strategies to enhance client satisfaction
- Analyze customer feedback data to identify service improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline service processes
- Maintain detailed customer interaction records in Salesforce CRM
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities based on customer needs analysis

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of customer experience or client service experience
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience strongly preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Experience with Zendesk or similar customer support software
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
