- Resolve complex issues using CRM tools while maintaining detailed documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes
- Conduct product demonstrations and upselling when appropriate
- Analyze customer feedback to identify service improvement opportunities
- Maintain 100% compliance with company policies and data security protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in B2B/B2C environments
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends (part-time roles)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (if field visits required)
