Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee beverages according to company standards
- Provide exceptional customer service with genuine warmth and product knowledge
- Maintain a pristine, organized, and efficient workspace at all times
- Process POS transactions accurately and handle cash responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless daily operations
- Support inventory management and restocking of coffee/supplies
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols consistently
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of barista or food service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and product differentiation
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and customer-first mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Strong attention to detail and time management capabilities
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
