Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and pastries following strict recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Interact warmly with customers, taking orders accurately and providing beverage recommendations.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently to process transactions and handle payments.
- Perform opening, closing, and shift duties including restocking inventory and equipment maintenance.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Willingness to learn and complete our paid barista training program.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- No prior experience required; passion for coffee is a plus.
