Responsibilities
- Brewing and serving high-quality espresso drinks and pastries according to our standard recipes.
- Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
- Operating espresso machines, grinders, and POS systems with precision and speed.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Handling cash transactions accurately and managing inventory levels.
- Collaborating with the floor team to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a coffee shop, restaurant, or retail environment is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Reliable attendance and a willingness to learn.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Must be 18 years or older.
