Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks according to recipe standards
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment safely
- Provide exceptional customer service with warm, personalized interactions
- Maintain clean and organized workspace including counters and equipment
- Process cash and POS transactions accurately
- Stock and rotate inventory of coffee, syrups, and supplies
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation protocols
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours
Qualifications
- No prior barista experience required – we train everything!
- Must be 18+ years old (or 16+ with work permit)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable punctuality and consistent attendance
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn quickly
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
