We pride ourselves on our premium beans and exceptional service. As a Barista, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they start their day right.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, tea, and smoothies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting cafe environment at all times.
- Operate espresso machines and brewing equipment according to strict quality standards.
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and answering questions.
- Stock supplies, including milk, syrups, pastries, and cleaning materials.
- Handle cash transactions and manage point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately.
- Assist with food preparation and plating as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food and beverage industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and espresso machines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift light objects.
- Reliable availability, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
