As a Barista at Bean & Brew, you will be the face of our brand, crafting the perfect cup while ensuring every customer feels valued. If you have a knack for hospitality and a love for coffee, we want to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, pour-overs, and specialty teas.
- Maintain a pristine and organized workspace, including deep cleaning of espresso machines and serving areas.
- Greet customers warmly, take accurate orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and handle cash transactions with accuracy.
- Assist in inventory management, restocking supplies, and ensuring product freshness.
- Train and mentor new baristas to uphold our high standards of service and quality.
- Collaborate with the floor team to ensure a smooth and efficient service flow during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not required; we are happy to train the right candidate.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong reliability and punctuality.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and recipe accuracy.
- Passion for learning about coffee beans and brewing techniques.
