Your Role
As a Barista, you are the face of our brand. You will be responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring every drink is made to perfection. We value a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and smoothies.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment and point-of-sale systems accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the counter, dining area, and restrooms.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Restock supplies, including milk, syrups, cups, and pastries, throughout the shift.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines strictly.
- Assist in inventory management and waste reduction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food service industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
