Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages according to standard recipes and quality standards.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment and Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests and answering inquiries with a smile.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area, including counters, restrooms, and dining areas.
- Adhere to all food safety and health regulations and company policies.
- Upsell products and handle cash transactions accurately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age (or 18 for some positions).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Reliability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks quickly.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
