Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and brewed coffee.
- Operate espresso machines and point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including counters, restrooms, and dining areas.
- Greet customers with a smile and provide exceptional customer service.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments securely.
- Follow all food safety and health regulations strictly.
- Upsell products and promote current promotions to customers.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
