Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso drinks, teas, and cold beverages according to standard recipes.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide a memorable in-store experience.
- Maintain a pristine work environment, including cleaning equipment, sanitizing counters, and restocking supplies.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and handle cash transactions with precision.
- Upsell products and promote loyalty programs to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous barista or food service experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and friendly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Reliable attendance and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
