Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and specialty coffees.
- Maintain a pristine work environment, ensuring the coffee bar, dining area, and restrooms are spotless at all times.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently during peak hours.
- Engage with customers warmly, taking orders accurately and making personalized recommendations.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies (milk, syrups, pastries) to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company operational procedures.
- Clean and sanitize equipment daily to maintain high hygiene standards.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, flavor profiles, and latte art is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and friendly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
