Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and cold brews.
- Operate and maintain high-end espresso machines and grinders (equipment provided).
- Engage with customers warmly, taking orders and providing recommendations.
- Keep the workspace clean, organized, and sanitized according to health regulations.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Clean and restock supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista is a plus, but not required.
- A strong passion for coffee and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Reliable attendance and availability for shifts, including weekends and holidays.
