Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with precision and artistry
- Operate POS systems efficiently while maintaining accuracy in orders
- Uphold stringent cleanliness standards for all equipment and service areas
- Engage warmly with customers, remembering preferences and building rapport
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of coffee/supplies
- Collaborate with team members to maintain seamless workflow during peak hours
- Contribute to a positive, energetic café atmosphere
Qualifications
- Basic food service or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Commitment to punctuality and reliability
- Food Handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Positive attitude and passion for hospitality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be available for early morning shifts
