Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare espresso drinks, pour-overs, and specialty beverages using provided equipment
- Deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge and warm hospitality
- Operate and maintain provided espresso machines, grinders, and brewing systems
- Manage inventory and restock supplies using provided tools and storage systems
- Uphold strict cleanliness standards for all provided equipment and workspace
- Collaborate with team to create innovative seasonal drink menus
- Process cash and digital payments using provided POS system
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months barista or food service experience
- Proficiency with espresso machines (training provided on our equipment)
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with provided tools
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
