Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and precise techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service with product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of coffee stations, equipment, and customer areas
- Handle cash transactions and POS system operations with accuracy
- Collaborate with team to optimize workflow during peak hours
- Contribute to inventory management and order supplies
- Participate in ongoing training to refine coffee craftsmanship skills
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience required
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing methods and espresso fundamentals
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in high-volume, fast-paced environments
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math and cash handling proficiency
- Food Handler's certification preferred
