Responsibilities
- Expertly craft premium espresso drinks, pour-overs, and seasonal specialties using premium beans
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and genuine hospitality
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of coffee stations, equipment, and customer areas
- Operate POS systems efficiently while handling cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team to create innovative seasonal drink menus
- Support inventory management and stock rotation of coffee products
- Train new team members on brewing techniques and brand standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience with specialty coffee expertise
- Deep knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a warm, approachable demeanor
- Ability to multitask efficiently during peak hours while maintaining quality
- Strong attention to detail in drink preparation and presentation
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Flexibility to work weekends, early mornings, and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification preferred
