Responsibilities
- Design & Architecture: Architect scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure capable of processing petabytes of real-time data.
- Model Deployment: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and predictive algorithms into high-traffic environments.
- Performance Optimization: Engineer hardware-software co-design solutions to reduce inference latency and energy consumption.
- Strategic Innovation: Collaborate with R&D to prototype futuristic algorithms (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing) for the 2026 roadmap.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines, data privacy standards, and regulatory compliance (GDPR/CCPA).
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field from a top-tier university.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a minimum of 4 years specifically in AI/ML system architecture.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- System Design: Deep understanding of cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) and microservices patterns.
- Future-Forward Skills: Familiarity with Quantum Computing concepts or Edge AI deployment is a significant plus.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
