Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures for complex problem domains
- Lead research initiatives in generative AI, reinforcement learning, and multimodal systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype and deploy AI solutions at scale
- Publish findings in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR) and contribute to open-source projects
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of scientific excellence
- Identify emerging AI trends and develop strategic research roadmaps for 2026
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed training frameworks
- Proven track record of publishing peer-reviewed research in AI/ML
- Expertise in at least one specialized domain: NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning
- Strong programming skills in Python, C++, and high-performance computing environments
- Demonstrated ability to translate research concepts into practical applications
