Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines for predictive analytics and automation
- Develop novel AI algorithms to solve complex business challenges across emerging markets
- Lead end-to-end model deployment in cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into production systems
- Conduct advanced research in NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning
- Optimize model performance using MLOps best practices and distributed computing
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical innovation roadmap
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 3+ years experience
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and distributed ML frameworks
- Proven track record deploying production-grade AI systems at scale
- Strong foundation in mathematics (linear algebra, calculus, statistics)
