Responsibilities
- Develop predictive AI models forecasting technological adoption curves through 2030
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and quantum-integrated neural networks
- Lead innovation sprints with multidisciplinary teams (robotics, bio-engineering, blockchain)
- Author thought leadership publications for Nature and IEEE journals
- Secure $2M+ annual R&D budget for experimental 2026-tech prototypes
- Mentor PhD fellows in our Future Tech Accelerator program
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Cognitive Neuroscience with 5+ years
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, or equivalent)
- Expertise in transformer architectures, quantum machine learning, and neuromorphic computing
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (3+ products)
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow Quantum, and quantum circuit design
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
