Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic technology roadmaps incorporating AI, quantum computing, and neurotech trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping emerging tech solutions for enterprise clients
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI
- Forecast market disruption patterns using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Partner with R&D to commercialize breakthrough technologies (e.g., quantum machine learning)
- Present visionary insights to C-suite executives and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in AI/quantum leadership roles
- Published research in Nature or Science on emerging tech applications
- Proven track record of commercializing AI innovations (patents preferred)
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation practices
- Experience with quantum computing APIs and neuromorphic architectures
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
